Abstracts submission deadline EXTENDED: Friday, December 5, 2014.

Accepted abstracts announced: January 23, 2015.

Abstract guidelines: Abstracts should be limited to 250 words and correspond with one of the following two categories:

  1. Research methods or findings, including (but not limited to): multi-site research collaborations, interventional studies, systematic review of new findings in the field, and patient-centered outcomes; or,
  2. Practice or programmatic efforts, including (but not limited to): examples of innovative practice or program models, clinical findings, and case studies or series.

All abstracts should follow the standard reporting structure: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
